Our take: Introducing the Krytac airsoft AEG version 2 padded cylinder head. This head has a hybrid composition of both metal and polymer. A durable rubber o-ring was framed around the body serving as an air tight seal to prevent air from leaking out of the space between the cylinder head and the cylinder itself. This Krytac cylinder also includes a dense rubber pad on the rear to act as a cushion to absorb impact from the piston and reduce overall vibration. The additional space necessary for the pad on the cylinder head, also functions to push the piston rearward in order to optimize contact between itself and the sector gear.
